Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Company 3 provides a full range of Creative Services for content creators, and they are seeking a Manager for HR Administration. This role is responsible for managing all US HR administrative aspects and implementing process improvements across HR backend transactional services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective transfer of information between HR stakeholders, Payroll, IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Legal, HRIS, etc., supporting all HR administration
- Partner with the Sr. Director, HR, in the maintenance and updates to HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency across all transactional services
- Ability to analyze, compile accurate data and present reports to the HR team. Including but not limited to PTO reports, employee census reports, and required training completion reports, ensuring accuracy
- Partner in the management of internal and external audits. Responsible for the documentation and oversight of all internal controls governing HR administration
- Administer compensation analysis to ensure pay is aligned appropriately with roles in the organization
- Partner with HRIS on the implementation of HR Admin processes
- Function in a back-up capacity in the absence of the HR Administration team
- Other duties or special projects as assigned
Skills
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Advanced systems skills, especially in MS Office Suite/Excel
- Experience with HR systems or D365 is a plus
- Prior experience in HR process improvement with strong analytical skills that resulted in measurable outcomes
- Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, effectively, and professionally through presentations
- Ability to project manage various initiatives to successful completion
- Ability to operate in a transparent and collaborative fashion

- Project Management experience
- Expert in MS Excel data gathering and reporting
- Familiarity with multiple ATS/HCM solutions from past work experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Entertainment and/or Media industry experience preferred
