What You'll Do
Run Qualified Sales Calls
Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
Follow a proven consultative sales framework
Diagnose each prospect's business, network, and growth opportunities
Demonstrate how the Relationship Manager Program aligns with their goals
Guide Prospects to a Decision
Present program options with clarity and confidence
Handle objections around investment, timing, implementation, and ROI
Create ethical urgency and help prospects make a confident yes/no decision
Enroll qualified partners into either the Annual or Lifetime program
Manage Your Pipeline
Prepare for scheduled calls
Follow up with prospects who need additional consideration
Maintain an organized sales pipeline
Keep opportunities moving through the appropriate stages
CRM & Reporting
Document every call and outcome
Maintain accurate notes and deal stages
Submit daily and weekly performance metrics
Track revenue, offers made, closes, and follow-up activity
Collaborate & Improve
Work closely with Appointment Setters to improve lead quality
Share objection trends and market feedback
Participate in coaching sessions, role plays, and call reviews
Continuously improve your sales performance
Compensation
Performance Draw
To help you ramp up and learn the offer, NexGen Steel provides a:
$1,500 monthly performance draw for your first two months.
This is not a guaranteed salary and functions as an advance against earned commissions.
Commission Structure
10% commission on net collected revenue
Commissions are earned on revenue successfully collected by the company from customers you enroll.
The initial draw is recovered through earned commissions before additional commission payments are made.
There is no cap on commission earnings, providing significant income potential for top performers.
