Worldpay is one of the biggest names in payments, and they are seeking a Head of Marketing Insights & Analysis to join their Marketing team. This role will focus on translating complex data into actionable strategies to accelerate revenue and improve customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies to drive targeted growth
- Generate and translate customer, merchant, and market insights into actionable strategies
- Oversee marketing analytics and measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, conversion, attribution)
- Drive data-informed optimization, including testing and marketing spend allocation
- Translate insights into go-to-market strategies and partner cross-functionally to deliver growth outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, insights, analytics, or product marketing
- Strong background in segmentation, ICP development, and persona creation
- Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement
- Track record of developing and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to drive business and revenue outcomes
