[Remote] GTM Analytics Manager

As a GTM Analytics Manager, you will work cross-functionally to inform GTM strategy and business decisions, supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales and marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dbt data models, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues while improving the reliability of analytics pipelines
• Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.)
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
• Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations

Skills

• A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
• Strong SQL and dbt skills are a must
• An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience with Looker (or other BI tool) is a plus
