They are seeking a Field Sales Representative for Medicare Advantage who will build relationships to increase enrollment and provide an optimal member experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective Medicare-eligible members, conduct informational seminars, explain the features and benefits of the Johns Hopkins HealthCare products in the marketplace, enroll prospects into a product that best fits their needs, and provide follow-up services to ensure satisfaction
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including providers, Senior Centers and other Centers of Influence that serve Medicare beneficiaries to coordinate educational and sales opportunities to ensure brand awareness and drive self-generated sales of product enrollments in markets served
- Assist AMD Sales with achieving successful marketing and enrollment outcomes including reporting CRM data and administrative duties
- Conduct presentations and attend community events to promote Medicare Advantage in assigned territory
- Regularly communicate with supervisor, community partners, other sales field representatives, brokers, and administrative team
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities are in full compliance with CMS and Johns Hopkins’ guidelines/standards
Skills
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of success
- Medicare Sales Experience required
- Must have an active Maryland Health insurance license
- Must be able to become certified in Medicare Advantage sales annually
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive to meetings/presentations across the service area
- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish Language highly desired
