Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sriven Systems Inc. is seeking an Epicor Lead Analyst to administer and support their Epicor ERP system. The role involves developing technical solutions, managing user roles, and driving continuous process improvements across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Epicor ERP (Epicor Kinetic or earlier versions)
- Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, customizations, and SSRS reports
- Manage Epicor security, user roles, licensing, and system performance
- Support system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data migrations
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
- Build SQL reports and support operational reporting needs
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
- Train and support end users across Accounting, Operations, and Manufacturing
- Drive ERP governance, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements
Skills
- 7+ years of ERP/IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP
- Strong Epicor administration and configuration experience
- Expertise in Business Activity Queries (BAQs)
- Experience developing Business Process Management (BPM) workflows
- Strong SQL querying and reporting experience
- Experience supporting business users and gathering requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
