Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Engineering Society of Queen's University is seeking a Marketing and Personal Tutors Manager for their EngLinks program. This role involves creating marketing materials and managing outreach to Queen's Engineering students to promote resources and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a marketing plan
- Produce marketing and communication materials to promote resources and services to first year engineering students
- Update website regularly
- Manage Englinks' social media: Facebook, Instagram
- Attend team meetings
- Monitor and update the EngLinks brand
- Monitor the automized personal tutor matching system
- Respond to inquiries about personal tutors
