They are seeking a highly analytical Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in email marketing and lifecycle marketing to optimize customer acquisition through high-volume email campaigns and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns
- Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
- Build and manage multi-step email nurture and lifecycle campaigns
- Create onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back email sequences
- Design and execute A/B tests across:
- Subject lines
- Preview text
- Email copy
- Calls-to-action
- Send times
- Landing pages
- Audience segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results
- Improve inbox placement, sender reputation, and email deliverability
- Segment audiences to maximize engagement and conversions
- Build dashboards and monitor marketing performance using Looker
- Manage marketing automation and reporting within HubSpot
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams on growth initiatives
- Optimize the customer journey from first touch through conversion
- Recommend new growth opportunities based on campaign performance and customer behavior
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Experience managing high-volume outbound email campaigns
- Strong email copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization
- Experience building automated lifecycle and nurture campaigns
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Hands-on experience with Looker or Looker Studio
- Experience marketing software within the legal, compliance, tax, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Experience interpreting marketing data and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with one or more of the following: HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Industry Experience: Legal Technology, Tax Technology, Compliance Software, Financial Technology (FinTech), B2B SaaS
