APT Search is representing a boutique legal services firm hiring a fully remote eDiscovery Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract. The role involves owning eDiscovery project delivery, leading client communications, and managing workflows in Relativity/RelativityOne.
Responsibilities
- Own eDiscovery project delivery across active matters, from kick-off through production
- Lead client communications and manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Run day-to-day workflows in Relativity/RelativityOne, including processing, review, and productions
- Track project status, budgets, and deadlines, and surface risks early
- Serve as the primary point of contact for case teams throughout the matter lifecycle
Skills
- 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience
- Daily hands-on experience with Relativity/RelativityOne
- Strong client management experience is essential
- Solid grasp of the full EDRM: processing, review, and productions
- RCA certification is ideal but not essential
