They are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
- Design and develop engaging email content aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and campaign performance
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Maintain and update email templates and marketing automation tools
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention through lifecycle email marketing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting
