The Director of Sales for Business Development, Production & Creative will lead sales efforts, manage complex deals, and foster relationships to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Building and growing a strong sales pipeline by identifying the right prospects and uncovering opportunities across production, creative content, and event solutions
- Leading consultative sales conversations that connect client goals with high-impact Creative & Production solutions in a collaborative, execution-focused environment
- Managing complex deals from discovery through close, including proposals, presentations, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations
- Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to develop smart, client-centric solutions
- Communicating both creative vision and commercial value clearly, including cost/benefit insights that support decision-making
Skills

- A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize opportunities and move multiple deals forward at once
- Confidence working with complex financial details and using data to shape pricing and commercial strategy
