Eyeful Media is a fast-growing digital consulting firm & ad agency specializing in helping mid-sized companies increase their online revenue and improve their digital presence. They are seeking a hands-on Director to manage paid search, shopping, and marketplace programs for their clients, requiring strong analytical and creative capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and strategically manage paid search (PPC) programs in order to drive profitable incremental revenue growth
- Participate in the leadership or management of other channels such as Paid Social and Amazon ads
- Develop forward-looking 30-60-90 day account plans for clients
- Partner with project management to develop new processes and SOPs
- Present to clients with varying levels of digital acumen, ranging from marketing managers to CEOs
- Use strong analytical skills to identify important data points and drive business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost including refining bidding strategies
- Design and perform tests on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to increase click-through rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and profit margin
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, including delivering presentations to senior management and clients
- Write ad copy and research keywords, develop and manage bidding/optimization strategy using various tools including Google Analytics
- Triage feed issues as required for Google Shopping
- Develop forecasts/projections as needed
- Troubleshoot changes in performance
- Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing space including Google's Alphas and Betas

- 6-10+ years prior hands-on SEM experience, with at least 2-3 years in an agency or multiple in-house brand environment preferred
- Ability to understand and optimize key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPO, CPC, CPL, etc.)
- Experience using audiences, bid modifiers, automated bidding, and scripts
- Enthusiastic about the search industry and willing to keep up with the latest trends
- Cross-team negotiation skills and superior communications skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with other digital marketing channels like Amazon Ads or other marketplaces (Instacart, etc)
- Experience using Domo and attribution modeling
- Experience using web analytics solutions and advertising software
- Experience building Google Slides / Powerpoint presentations and presenting to executives
