The Director of Business Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance, overseeing business processes, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Skills
- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Program Management, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Demonstrated skills in Business Process Improvement, including designing, optimizing, and standardizing workflows and procedures
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and make data-informed recommendations
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including team development and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field
- Experience in retail, consumer products, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
