Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BeiGene is a rapidly growing company focused on fighting cancer, and they are seeking a Director of Marketing Promotions for BRUKINSA. This role involves developing and executing promotional strategies to support the product's current and future indications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of the US promotional strategy for BRUKINSA, including, but not limited to product positioning, message development, personal and non-personal promotions, customer segmentation and targeting
- Collaborate across the organization to develop a robust and targeted tactical plan that enables BeOne to continue to achieve its US commercial objectives for BRUKINSA
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with Sales leadership to ensure that all promotional strategies are informed and supported by field perspectives
- Partner closely with Business Analytics to align on market research needs and implement methodology to assess promotional effectiveness
- Continually analyze the business landscape to identify customer and competitor insights and incorporate into promotional plans
- Lead Conference Asset strategy and development
- Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws
Skills
- At least 7 years of broad biotech/pharma experience, including marketing
- BA/BS Degree with 10 + years of overall experience and 7 + years of marketing experience
- Successful track record working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain alignment by working collaboratively and inclusively across functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Proven ability to grow and develop others
- PC, including MS Office Suite
- Oncology and/or rare disease, and prior Associate Director/Sr. Manager experience
