The Director of Global Industry Marketing & Customer Engagement is responsible for strengthening TSI's market leadership through customer engagement, thought leadership, market intelligence, and commercial marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TSI's industry positioning strategy
- Build compelling thought leadership programs that reinforce TSI's reputation as an innovation leader
- Create customer-centric narratives around emerging health trends, technologies and ingredient solutions
- Identify speaking opportunities and coordinate executive participation at major conferences and industry events
- Build relationships with trade media, industry organizations and scientific experts
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to strengthen relationships with strategic customers
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with Communications & Sales Enablement to support priority accounts
- Lead customer advocacy programs including testimonials, case studies and co-marketing partnerships
- Support customer workshops, Innovation Days and executive engagement programs with Marketing Events team
- Support commercial pipeline acceleration through customer -focused marketing initiatives
- Lead TSI's global market intelligence capability
- Monitor customer strategies, innovation pipelines and competitive activity
- Identify emerging trends, white-space opportunities and unmet customer needs
- Deliver actionable insights that support commercial strategy, portfolio decisions and innovation priorities
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that enable informed business decisions
- Partner closely with Product & Solution Marketing to translate market insights into compelling customer value propositions
- Collaborate with Communications & Sales Enablement to develop customer-facing campaigns and sales tools
- Work with Product Innovation to connect customer needs with future innovation opportunities
- Support Business Development by providing market insights that inform strategic priorities

Skills
- 12+ years in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, business development or strategic marketing within nutrition, dietary supplements, or ingredients
- Proven experience partnering with commercial organizations
- Strong understanding of ingredient or solutions-based B2B businesses
- Experience working across global markets
- Outstanding storyteller and communicator
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to translate market insights into business opportunities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
