In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility
- Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation workflows
- Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to support marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Assist with brand development and online reputation management
Skills
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition channels
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce marketing environments
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
