Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Digital Designer, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of digital assets, including:
- Producing high-quality videos, simulations, graphics, documents, and other digital assets at a quick pace, while maintaining our brand guidelines.
- Utilizing your knowledge of interface layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography, as well as technical writing skills, to produce digital assets and scripts for videos.
- Studying and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital assets.
- Managing multiple projects or tasks effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize new design methods, requirements, and consistent branding guidelines.
- Communicating effectively in our virtual environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and feedback.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in graphic/video design (entry-level candidates welcome).
- A strong foundation in graphic design, video design, communication, organization, and time management, as well as technical writing.
- Proficiency in a range of tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Character Animator, Media Encoder, Photoshop), Canvas LMS, Canva, Articulate (Storyline 360, Rise 360), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with project management software, such as Monday.com.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with operations teams to improve communication and knowledge-transfer.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A certificate or degree in graphic design.
- Experience with AI-powered tools, such as AI voiceovers and voice cloning (Eleven Labs).
- Knowledge of using a learning management system in an education setting.
- Experience building simulations of platforms, scenarios, and calls powered by AI.
