About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Support the Talent Acquisition department in the identification, screening, and initial contact of potential candidates for our diverse range of open positions worldwide.
  • Proactively propose innovative alternatives and strategies for candidate sourcing to enhance our recruitment pipeline and reach top talent effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in current recruitment processes and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Manage job postings across multiple job portals and professional networking platforms, ensuring accuracy and maximum visibility for our open positions.
  • Evaluate, review, and process candidate applications from various job portals, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Identify and analyze professional profiles across talent databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to match candidates with appropriate open positions.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information, notes, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection processes.
  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall team performance and efficiency.
