Key Responsibilities
- Process Incoming Excel Orders: Receive, review, and enter both macro‑enabled and standard Excel orders, ensuring data integrity and adherence to formatting standards.
- Format and Standardize Data: Re‑format Excel spreadsheets as required, applying consistent naming conventions, data validation rules, and layout guidelines.
- Profile Creation: Set up and maintain product and customer profiles for each new order, linking them to the appropriate inventory and pricing structures.
- Paper Order Management: Accurately transcribe paper orders from the Consumer and Business Gift Divisions, meeting demanding turnaround times.
- Treasury Batch Processing: Efficiently handle Treasury batch orders, coordinating with finance teams to meet strict settlement deadlines.
- Customer Gift History Maintenance: Compile and update comprehensive gift‑history lists, enabling personalized service and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Catalog Requests & Address Updates: Enter catalog requests, process address changes, and ensure all customer information is current.
- Communication Management: Respond promptly to internal communications, providing status updates and clarifications while maintaining a professional tone.
- Knowledge Management: Continuously monitor product and business information resources, staying up‑to‑date on new offerings, pricing changes, and policy updates.
