Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Now100 is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive integrated program planning and governance across multiple work streams. The role involves creating and maintaining program plans, managing risks, and providing executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated master program plan across multiple work streams, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and cross-functional handoffs
- Establish and manage a comprehensive program risk and issue register, including risk identification, impact assessment, mitigation planning, ownership, and escalation tracking
- Consolidate work stream updates into clear, concise executive-level status reports for senior leadership
- Standardize program reporting by defining common status metrics, reporting templates, data definitions, and governance routines across teams
- Partner with work stream leads to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to program outcomes, delivery milestones, and key decisions
- Identify cross-work stream dependencies, timeline risks, and execution gaps, and proactively drive resolution
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive decks for VP meetings, weekly program reviews, and Steer Cos, with a strong focus on clarity, narrative flow, and decision support
- Translate detailed project data into executive-ready insights, including key accomplishments, risks, decisions needed, milestone health, and next steps
- Facilitate governance forums by driving agenda development, collecting inputs, tracking action items, and following through on leadership decisions
- Ensure program communications are consistent, professional, data-driven, and tailored to executive audiences
Skills
- Need only US Citizen, candidate must have PMP & Cyber Security Certification
- 7+ years of program management, PMO, or portfolio management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Proven experience building integrated plans across multiple work streams and managing program-level governance
- Strong experience maintaining risk registers, issue logs, dependency tracking, and escalation processes
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate large volumes of project information into executive-ready summaries and status reports
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a strong ability to create polished, visually clear, and leadership-ready presentations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to standardize reporting structures and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience facilitating Steer Cos, executive reviews, or governance forums preferred
- Experience working in large enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, or highly matrixed organizations preferred
- PMP or similar certification preferred
