Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Support Representative to become an integral part of our Client Accounts Receivable (AR) and Customer Service team within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that billing inquiries, claim denials, and eligibility questions are resolved quickly, accurately, and with a focus on delivering a world‑class experience.
