Position Overview – Remote Customer Service & Retention Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and results‑oriented professional to join our Remote Customer Service team as a Retention Specialist. In this role you will be the frontline defender of our customer relationships, turning potential cancellations into lasting partnerships. Essential Qualifications
