Job description: Join Our Team as a Remote Customer Service Representative!Location: Triad Area (Remote)
Shift: 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus incentivesWe are hiring 20 Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client based in Greensboro, NC! This is a remote opportunity with the convenience of working from home, but candidates must reside in the Triad Area to qualify. - Answer inbound customer calls, identify their needs, and provide assistance
- Resolve routine and escalated customer service issues efficiently
- Assist customers in navigating the company website and troubleshooting issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in the computer system
- Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction goals
- Adapt to the departments needs with flexibility and a positive attitude
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Previous Collections Experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Basic office mathematics and general computer skills required.
- Previous Experience with SAP and/or Speedpay a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete customer service training and demonstrate proficiency
