Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the front‑line voice for our customers, handling billing inquiries, account updates, and delinquent account assistance—all while adhering to state and federal regulations. - Training Period: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST, starting October 7, 2024.
- Post‑Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 9 pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours); Saturday, 7 am – 5 pm EST.
- Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, hard‑wired connection (no Wi‑Fi or DSL).
- Camera Policy: Camera must be on during training sessions (excluding breaks).
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to deliver high‑quality service across a variety of tasks. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:
