Position Summary

careerzynith is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative – Inbound Scheduling & Customer Support Specialist to join our Field & Operations Support Center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling a steady flow of inbound calls related to appointment scheduling, reschedules, confirmations, and general service inquiries. You will serve as a critical link between our customers and our field operations, ensuring every caller experiences a seamless, professional, and helpful interaction.
