What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice that customers connect with when they need assistance. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing high volumes of incoming calls and responding to customer service inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Scheduling appointments for home repair companies and coordinating service requests
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open, interactive, and empathetic communication

- Following up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Must be available to work weekends (this is a key requirement as our clients' customers contact us most during weekends)
- Proficient with internet navigation, data entry, and the ability to switch quickly between multiple programs
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (not required, but helpful)
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail or food service
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Sales experience or interest in sales roles
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
