Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist with careerzynith, you will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the other end of the line for donors who generously support some of the most impactful causes in the country. You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls on behalf of partner organizations such as DAV (Disabled American Veterans), St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). Every conversation you have will help sustain critical programs, fund life-saving research, and keep beloved educational programming on the air.

This is a contract (1099) remote position that offers true flexibility. You choose when you work, with a minimum commitment of just 10 hours per week, making it an excellent fit for parents, students, semi-retirees, second-job seekers, and anyone who values work-life balance.
