**Job Summary**
In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide information, research online issues, and offer support with website navigation. You'll also utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations and advocate for arenaflex members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide exceptional customer service
* Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions and resolving complex issues
* Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Work collaboratively with clients, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to resolve issues
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
