You'll answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide information, research online issues, and offer support with website navigation. You'll also utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations and advocate for arenaflex members. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide exceptional customer service * Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions and resolving complex issues * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Work collaboratively with clients, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to resolve issues * Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * Past customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills required * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off * Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm) **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Fluency in multiple languages * Experience with CRM software and data analysis **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
