Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Investigating FAA Reaction Letters: Collaborate with relevant teams to review and respond to FAA reaction letters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Drive Remedial Actions: Work with various departments to identify and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage FAA Security Affirmation Letters: Log and track FAA Security Affirmation letters in the Quality Assurance database, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Process Improvement: Provide continuous improvement ideas for handling and tracking FAA letters, leveraging data analysis and process streamlining techniques.
- Promote Safety-Centric Practices: Demonstrate a commitment to safety-aware behaviors in all operational processes and systems, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Currently Pursuing a Four-Year College Education: Enrollment in a degree program is required, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications.
- Independence and Task Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
