The Clinical Application Specialist will provide clinical and technical support, ensuring successful integration of Technegas® in clinical practice while fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Clinical and Technical Expertise: Provide comprehensive clinical and technical training to customers across the United States, ensuring the best possible procedures and protocols are applied for optimal use of Technegas® ventilation imaging
- Support Throughout the Customer Journey: Offer pre- and post-implementation support to assist customers with seamless integration and ongoing utilization of Technegas®
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical or application-related challenges, distinguishing between the two to provide effective solutions
- Customer and Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends to identify opportunities that enhance Technegas® adoption and support our business team’s efforts
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize exceptional customer experiences, focusing on satisfaction and improved patient clinical outcomes is central goals of this role
- Maintain Expertise: Continuously update clinical and technical knowledge to remain at the forefront of advancements in nuclear medicine imaging and respiratory care to provide cutting-edge support to customers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical science and training from an accredited nuclear medicine technology program
- Active certification/licensure in nuclear medicine technology (e.g., ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in nuclear medicine technologist
- Proven experience in building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and patients, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to plan, allocate timeframes, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to comprehend complex technical information and apply this knowledge effectively in clinical and technical settings
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) across the United States
- Candidates residing in the western United States are preferred to provide coverage for the western state's territory effectively
- It is strongly preferred that the candidate live within close proximity to a major international airport to facilitate frequent travel requirements efficiently
