In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and expectations while researching options, presenting customized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and managing important details throughout the planning process. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely communication, accurate information, and professional support every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives
Research accommodations, transportation, destinations, and experience options
Prepare customized recommendations based on each client's requests
Coordinate reservations, confirmations, schedules, and related documentation
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
Maintain accurate client records and monitor important deadlines
Stay informed about supplier updates, promotions, and service offerings
Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using web-based software, email, and virtual communication tools
Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
