Oreva Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role will act as the bridge between business operations and system execution by supporting various activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and user training.

Skills
- 5+ years of ERP or Dynamics 365 experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or functional consulting initiatives, including two successful implementations
- Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with D365 F&O modules relevant to this implementation (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (MB-700) or Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310 / MB-330)
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or formal OCM training
- Involvement in data migration activities including data validation, cutover planning, and mock go-live support
- Familiarity with Power BI or D365 reporting tools for functional reporting validation
