They are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support systems administration and business process improvements for enterprise technology teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities across enterprise technologies
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to drive issue resolution, triage, and corrective actions
- Monitor systems, support operational clean-up, and assist with SAP updates and validation coordination
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, contribute to Lean and automation projects, and apply process improvement methods
Skills
- Experience managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) value stream in a SAP S/4 environment
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including charts/graphs, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Systems administration expertise, including access validation, license management, documentation updates, and compliance support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create presentations and communicate risks, requirements, and roadblocks
