They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by connecting with mortgage loan officers, building relationships, and managing a book of business to enhance company production.
Responsibilities
- High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners
- Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts
- Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions
- Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance
- Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production
- Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with
