The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to build partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead research, prospecting, and outbound phone/email outreach
- Schedule meetings, conduct planned client calls, and communicate ektello's staffing capabilities to build lasting partnerships
- Create and execute sales strategies for targeted accounts to identify opportunities and build client relationships
- Leverage 3–5 years of IT staffing experience (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire) to understand client needs and deliver talent solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, competitiveness, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
