As a Franchise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the sales process for RE/MAX real estate franchises.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the entire sales process. This includes: Cold Calling, Targeting top prospects; Identifying client solutions; Negotiating; and Closing
- Meet or exceed weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals, targets and initiatives
- Have a high integrity sales approach that is sincere and focused on delivering value while generating excitement about the RE/MAX brand
- Great personality and presentation skills with the ability to discuss and understand financials and investments
- Professional presence and demeanor with the ability to travel throughout the Central Region to represent the brand at networking and social events
- Ability to successfully build the sales pipeline, as well as track and report on sales activity and results
- Highly effective in telephone and face-to-face communications
- Proven sales record or record of measurable accomplishments selling in a comparable industry
- Road warrior with the ability to travel 50- 75%
- Work with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies
Skills
- Proven record of prospecting and cold calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions
- Experience in customer service, required
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
- Strong relationship building skills as well as strong persuasion and negotiating skills
- Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast paced environment
