We are seeking a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Benefits Call Center team. Work Schedule & Environment

This is a 100 % remote position. Training runs Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm EST, at a rate of $15 per hour. Once you transition to production, you will earn $16 per hour and enjoy full benefits from day one. Production shifts are flexible, covering any time between Monday and Sunday, 8 am – 9 pm EST. Overtime may be required during peak periods, and you will have the autonomy to select the shift that best aligns with your personal schedule.
