They are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to building reliable tools for email marketing, focusing on both frontend and backend development.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship code that solves real problems for real customers. Engineering is central to what we do, and you’ll work closely with your team to plan, experiment, and deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate in code reviews, sharing ideas, learning from others, and helping raise the bar on quality and best practices
- Get hands-on with how Emma builds intuitive, scalable tooling that helps marketing teams do their best work
- Have fun while doing it! We care deeply about our customers, move with intention, and genuinely enjoy building great products together
Skills
- Early-career developer or recent graduate with a strong interest in software engineering
- Foundational experience or exposure to modern technologies such as React, Python, AWS, or similar tools
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Passion for building quality products with the end user in mind
- Comfortable working across different areas of the codebase and contributing where needed
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement
