They are seeking an experienced architect and market leader to design innovative spaces and lead marketing efforts in the healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Market strategy coordination with Studio Leader and Studio Manager
- Research relevant topics and trends in the healthcare market
- Identify, develop and maintain RDG clients and strategic consultant team relationships
- Identify, pursue and secure project work in market to fulfill annual revenue goals
- Lead development of marketing material pertinent to proposals and pursuits
- Develop annual revenue goal and expense budget associated with pursuit of revenue goal annually with Studio Leader

- Possess strong leadership, written and verbal skills to instill confidence and trust in our clients and team
- Serve as a resource for our healthcare team, helping to grow RDG's brand and market share
- Critical thinking collaborator with excellent soft skills, relationship and executing strengths
- Sound design communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated history of building long-term relationships with team members and clients
- Able to develop successful strategies for helping to secure and execute work
- 15+ years of professional work experience with 10+ years of healthcare-specific focus
- Licensed architect or the ability to acquire certification and licensure required
- Knowledge in Healthcare specific code requirements and FGI guidelines
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Past project management experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through construction documentation
