What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Airport Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in passenger service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responsive Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries through various online channels including live chat, email, and our digital customer service platforms. Speed matters, but quality never compromises – you'll master the art of quick, accurate responses.
- Reservation Excellence: Assist passengers with booking new reservations, modifying existing itineraries, and navigating our booking systems. You'll help travelers find the best routes, understand fare options, and secure their perfect travel plans.
- Information Hub: Become the go-to resource for information on flight schedules, departure and arrival times, baggage policies, travel documentation requirements, and destination-specific travel advisories. Your knowledge will empower passengers to travel with confidence.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. From delayed flights to misplaced baggage, you'll troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure passengers feel heard and valued. When escalation is necessary, you'll collaborate with senior teams to resolve complex situations.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience – preferably in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry (but we welcome candidates from other customer-focused sectors too!)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism through text-based interactions
- Strong verbal communication abilities for potential phone support scenarios
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (travel doesn't stop, and neither do our travelers' needs!)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems and GDS (Global Distribution Systems)
