The role involves developing an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework, focusing on responsible-use policies and implementation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Draft enterprise AI policy guidance addressing authorized and prohibited use, privacy, cybersecurity, ethics, transparency, human oversight, public records compliance, records retention, CJIS boundaries, and responsible use safeguards
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
