OVA.Work is seeking an AI Consultant to help organizations identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The role requires a combination of technical expertise in AI and machine learning along with business consulting skills to translate client needs into practical AI strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points
- Assess opportunities where AI, machine learning, and generative AI can create business value
- Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Design AI-powered solutions using modern AI technologies and cloud platforms
- Build and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and project managers
- Advise clients on AI governance, ethics, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients
- Monitor AI solution performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Consulting
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI
- Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- AI or cloud certifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices
- Consulting experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, or telecommunications
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives
