They are seeking an organized and driven individual to work as an Agent Success Coordinator, helping real estate agents effectively utilize systems and tools to enhance their productivity.
Responsibilities
- Meet with agents 1:1 to guide them on using our systems and tools effectively
- Help agents navigate our CRM, transaction platforms, and workflows
- Reinforce best practices and ensure consistency in how systems are used
- Answer day-to-day questions and serve as a reliable point of contact
- Track agent progress and follow up to keep them on track
- Help create simple guides, checklists, and training materials
- Support onboarding of new agents into our systems
