As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, helping institutions modernize their recruitment and marketing efforts through consultative selling and automation.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new lead opportunities
- Execute consultative solution selling, positioning Element451’s value effectively
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution
- Oversee and optimize the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless process
- Prepare and deliver pitches and platform demos tailored to prospects’ needs
- Manage and track deals within HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams
- Handle multiple opportunities across various pipeline stages
Skills
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in direct or outside B2B sales; higher education experience is a plus
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and business development success
- Strong ability to prospect and generate pipeline opportunities
- Expertise in full-cycle sales processes, from initial engagement to close
- A consultative, value-driven sales approach that aligns with client needs
- Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology effectively for prospects
- Experience managing a full-funnel pipeline and navigating deal strategies
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, MarTech, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
