The Role

We’re looking for a driven, self-starting Regional Payments Sales Executive to grow adoption of the myKaarma Payments platform across a large, multi-state territory. This is a true hunter role with industry-leading earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale deployment and long-term customer success.

The starting salary range for this role is  $80-95k base salary + commission ( OTE $220K) depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during recruitment.
