Job Summary

The Regional Growth Executive is responsible for expanding and maintaining the provider network through strategic contracting, relationship management, and business development activities. This role combines network development, provider contracting, and acquisition sourcing functions to drive market growth, support medical cost targets, and strengthen value-based care partnerships. The incumbent will develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals for Commercial, Government, and Value-Based lines of business.

Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. $75,300.00 - $96,800.00

Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
