The Role:
As a
Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer
, you’ll play a central role in driving efficient, data-informed recruiting operations while helping evolve our systems and processes. This role goes beyond coordination—you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our Applicant Tracking System, supporting system integrations, and leveraging data and reporting to improve how we attract and hire top Health IT talent.
This is a role for someone who’s part detective, part systems expert, part analyst, and part people-person—and 100% team player. You’ll work closely with recruiters, candidates, HR, and leadership to create a seamless, scalable, and engaging experience from first contact through onboarding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing + Candidate Engagement
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source top Health IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles
• Review and screen applicants, routing qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters to ensure smooth and timely workflow
• Manage sourcing strategies for both niche technical roles (Epic credentialed resources) and general business positions
• Communicate with candidates and internal teams to deliver a high-touch, human-centered recruiting experience
Resume + Candidate Collateral
• Format resumes and prepare candidate collateral for client submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Ellit Groups’ brand standards
• Coordinate and track technical screens, skill assessments, and candidate documentation
• Assist with candidate write-ups and ensure quality across all recruiting materials
Systems, Analytics & Process Optimization
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and CRM (Salesforce), including job postings, templates, automations, assessments, and reporting
• Lead ATS optimization initiatives, partnering with vendors to customize backend functionality and improve system performance (e.g., development of custom modules to enhance candidate matching and sourcing efficiency)
• Support evaluation, selection, and potential implementation of new ATS platforms, contributing to system integration strategy
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, submittals, and pipeline activity to support data-driven decision-making
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into team performance, hiring trends, and operational efficiency
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to streamline recruiting workflows
⚙️ Operations & Delivery Excellence
• Manage a high-volume workload of active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and quality
• Coordinate candidate scheduling with rapid turnaround times, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience
• Support recruiting efforts across a wide range of roles—from executive-level positions to large-scale staffing initiatives
Team Support + Collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, HR, and leadership to improve processes, reporting, and overall talent operations
• Attend and support Talent Team meetings, capturing key updates and ensuring follow-through on action items
• Help coordinate trainings, internal initiatives, and process improvement efforts
• Support special projects and task forces focused on scaling and optimizing recruiting operations
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting documentation
• Provide flexible team support—jumping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Core Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Sourcing, or Talent Operations
• Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing or optimizing an ATS (Zoho pref
