The Recruiting Coordinator will manage all aspects of the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting the Software Engineering teams with logistics and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Manage complex scheduling via Greenhouse and internal tools, ensuring every interview packet and calendar invite is flawless
- Weekly go into the San Francisco office to greet Software Engineering candidates, manage logistics for onsite interview days, and working closely with our senior leaders up to the C-Suite
- Communicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership and high-level R&D stakeholders
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices
Skills
- Ability to commute to the San Francisco office 2 times weekly for in-person interview days
- At least 1+ years of high-volume scheduling, administration, or project coordination
- Strong communication ability with the skill to draft professional, clear, and empathetic correspondence
- Extreme attention to detail; you catch the small errors that others miss
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Google Workspace
- Guide experience is a plus
- A proven track record of improving processes rather than just following them
- Experience coordinating for technical or engineering teams
