Onward Search is a national staffing company with 19 years of experience delivering specialized talent to leading organizations across the country. The company is launching a new staffing division to supply licensed behavioral health professionals to hospitals, health centers, recovery treatment facilities, and related healthcare providers. As we continue to build and scale our Behavioral Health Staffing Division, we are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Recruiter to support sourcing, recruiting, and placing behavioral health professionals.

 

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships within the behavioral health space.
