We are seeking an energetic and motivated PT Sales Memberships Specialist to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting and selling memberships and personal training packages, helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities
• Actively engage with prospective and current members to promote membership options and personal training services.
• Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting features that align with clients’ fitness goals.
• Educate members on the benefits of personal training programs, including program design tailored to individual needs.
• Follow up with leads through calls or emails to convert inquiries into memberships and training sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of member interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member retention and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new fitness programs, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
• Knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and program design to confidently discuss fitness plans with clients.
• Experience in fitness sales, personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with health club or gym environments and understanding of sports coaching principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness journeys.
